1. Personal information items to collect

4. Retention and use of personal information
In principle, personal information collected with the consent of the user will be retained and used while membership is maintained, and in case of membership withdrawal, it will be completely deleted in a way that cannot be reproduced after storage for 7 days from the date of withdrawal to recover damage caused by account theft and protect victims.
However, exceptions are made in the following cases where the user's consent is obtained individually or where the relevant laws and regulations stipulate the storage of information for a certain period of time.
Information that the statute imposes preservation obligations will also be safely deleted using a non-replayable method (a technical method to prevent recovery and reproduction in electronic file types) after that period.

  - Service visit (login) records: 3 months of storage (Communications Secret Protection Act) For reference, the company separately stores and manages personal information of members who have not used the service for one year according to the "Personal Information Validity System."

5. Sharing and providing personal information
The company uses the user's personal information within the notified purpose when collecting it, and in principle, it does not provide personal information to the outside without the user's consent. However, exceptions are made in the following cases.
  - If the user has agreed to provide in advance.
  - Where there is sufficient grounds for determining that personal information should be disclosed in order to take legal measures against it by causing mental and material damage to others by using the service.

9. Obligations to notify before amendment
